Automatically connect device to WiFi via Ethernet?

DHCP lets you send custom data. As long as you control the dhcp server
you can send anything you want with it--just make sure you are only
sending passwords over your wired network. Combine that with a little
dhcp-hook-script and network-script glue and you should be set.
