Emulation or Port to Linux Project - Hero Wanted

This windows program needs to be made to function via an emulator for
a small shop (30 workstations) _or_ ported to Linux.
Please contact Jonathan Wetzel(801.420.9462) at NO MORE Mortgage(a
former employer of mine) for more info.

If I remember correctly, this is a VB app that depends on a local
Access database, has Internet Explorer dependencies, and network
communication for uploading and downloading files.

I'll take bids, or if someone wants to work by the hour, have them
name their price per hour and the estimated number of hours. I guess
that more or less amounts to a bid, doesn't it.

I'm converting about 30 computers at work from Windows to Linux, but I
can't get one program to work. I just need to find a way to make the
program work on a Linux system. As a matter of fact, you're familiar
with the program - it's Todd Moynier's broker software. All of our
other systems that we use are web based, so Linux won't be a problem.
We want to switch to Linux so that we can save all the money we would
spend on MS Windows licenses, but you probably already guessed that.

My boss says that Linux has come a long way, and you can practically
do anything with it. I'm looking to prove him right. I just want
someone who can get the job done, and get it done right, so that I
never have to worry about it again.
