The Camel Book (Programming Perl, published by O'Reilly) is a good place to
start - it has some excellent chapters on object-oriented programming.
There is also a good book published by Manning called "Object Oriented Perl
Programming" (or something like that) that is also very good and well
accepted by the community.

One other place to take your Perl programming skills would be MVC-based
programming.  Using technologies such as Catalyst, or Jifty provide a
framework that makes this easy.  Using an object-oriented approach within
those frameworks can really enhance the scalability of any project you work
