Help with Ubuntu Hoary to Breezy upgrade glitch

One way to fix that is to manually install that package with dpkg and  
the --force-overwrite option.  See the dpkg manpage for details.   
The .deb file should be in /var/cache/apt/archives, if Ubuntu hasn't  
diverged from Debian there.
