of how an application works, including day-to-day work-flow analysis and
design.

Independently identifies issues, analyzes data, proposes and implements
solutions, and monitors and tracks results.

Develops an in-depth understanding of setup, structure, features and
functionality of a system and any current or future ancillary
applications.

Supports the implementation of systems and any current or future
ancillary applications.

Understands the change control process and maintains the ability to
initiate when required or needed.

Develops and conducts test scenarios including acceptance test plans.
