Hi Pluggers,

I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for their help.
Your response has been phenominal.
Joshua Marsh (I think) was able to get it going for her.
Sadly a day or two later the HD failed on the laptop.  So I just asked
her to go get a different one.
Still thanks everyone for all your help!
