Standalone Cable TV Tuner?

I have an older-generation HDHomeRun, and love it, but it does have a
few limitations here:

- It tunes digital channels only, which is fine for my OTA antenna
setup, but not so much for analog cable channels
- It streams directly onto the network. You'd still need some other box
(eg. MythTv backend/frontend, or whatever) to connect the stream to the TV.
