Strictly speaking, live streaming of the BBC is only legally available
to those who have paid a telly license, even in the UK.  The Beeb does
allow non-live streaming to those without a license, however.  Just so
you know.

I realize the idea of a telly and radio license is foreign to any
red-blooded republican, but hey anything that brings us things like
Doctor Who and Are You Being Served can't be all that bad.
