This is a case where Google Apps subdomains come in handy.  Create a new
subdomain, say "g.s.com" and set its MX records just like your s.com.
Then in the google apps cpanel set up g.s.com as a "domain alias."  Now
in postfix you can forward mail to someone at g.s.com and it will get to
google and go into someone at s.com's e-mail folder.
