That looks promising, as it's envelope-based.  It mentions a free plan, 
but doesn't say if the free plan supports OFX and mobile budgeting.  I 
couldn't find anything about that in their FAQ, so I hoped you might 
know the answer.  Otherwise I'll have to give them my personal info to 
find out.
