Not so smart about smart cards.

Hi everyone,

I've been scouring the internet looking for information on this subject but
try as I might I can't find it.

I am looking for a vendor for Java Card 3 connected edition smart cards as
well as a development kit including a card or two and a programmer.  All I
can find is JCOP compatible stuff and I'm not sure but I don't think they
are the same.

Can someone point me in the direction of reliable information and hopefully
a few vendors?
