advice on vpn

Not long ago, Merrill Oveson proclaimed...

Lots and lots of people successfully use OpenVPN on Windows 7. If you're
not installing it "as administrator" that would definitely explain the
error you're seeing. Again, Google for the specific error you're getting as
I'm sure others have seen it as well.
