What Is Your Favorite Terminal Setup?

You can with Cygwin, Xwin Server, and configuring cygwin-putty.  There is usually a way. However, I would not run terminator from Putty in Windo$e.  I would just use Cygwin's XWindows.   Is Terminator available in the standard Cygwin installer? Sounds promising though.
