AutoZone is resolved, as is DaimlerChrysler.

Certainly SCO will continue to squirm on Novell's hook for a bit, but
this reaffirmation of Judge Kimball's previous decision is going to make
it significantly harder for SCO to fund much more than a few (certainly
doomed) appeals.

To me, the most important questions are:
1) Will Novell ever get any of the extortion money SCO owes it.
2) Will SCO's officers ever be called to account for their outrageous
   incompetence.
