Yes. I don't like roadside billboards -- they're a blight and they should be
outlawed. I'm not alone in my opinion. Currently, four states -- Vermont,
Alaska, Hawaii, and Maine -- have proscribed billboards. Two states (Rhode
Island and Oregon) have prohibited the construction of new billboards.
