svn log for branch

By specifying a revision range, you can get a set of log notes for a  
single tag. If you have a maintenance branch going at the same time  
that you are developing in the trunk though then this will not work.  
Is there another way to query the SVN server and get a set of log  
notes unique to a single tag/branch?
