Kitchen Television for MythTV

I'm looking to put a mythtv display in the kitchen under the upper
cabinets.  I am looking for a cheap 17-19" widescreen tv, or monitor.  I've
been looking at the Dell refurbished E1909W's, and am wondering if anyone
has any that they would recommend.  I would love to be around 80$ if
possible.  I also need one that has a removable base that can be mounted to
a wall mount, and has a DVI or HDMI input.

Any input is welcome.
