These are unrelated to UTOSC.com, the site for the Utah Open Source 
Conference.

yes, that's for the Utah Open Source Foundation.

If you're interested in the conference, go to http://2008.utosc.com/.

www.utos.org does redirect to blog.utos.org.

This UTOSC list you're referring to is an ancient list for the Utah Open 
Source Consortium that was organized many, many years ago. I don't think the 
contents of that list would be of much interest to you.
