I'm sorry to say that I have yet to find any one tool that will manage
all my resources. I would think I am not alone judging from the
responses.

In general a single tool that could manage it all would be less than
mediocre at everything, but using individual tools will excel at their
specific task. Think Unix philosophy. Also by choosing opensource
tools you can easily modify them to link amongst them.

Anyway, the primary list I use is:
* IPplan (http://iptrack.sourceforge.net/) - IP addresses
* RackMonkey (http://flux.org.uk/projects/rackmonkey/) - Rack space,
server hardware
* VMware Infrastructure Client - virtual machine mgmt
* Nagios - monitoring
* Cacti - reporting
* PerfectTracker7 - ticketing (horrible, don't use)
* Google Docs - misc spreadsheets
* MediaWiki - everything else
