So you think it should be legal (to give a contrived example) for a
CEO or board of directors to decide that no-one with any Jewish
ancestry will be allowed to work for them?

Luckily, in America we have equal opportunity laws.  If you think it's
better to allow bigotry to persist, you're welcome to start a
political action campaign to do away with these laws.
