Actually, that would be a significant step back from MySQL Cluster. 
MySQL Cluster is a true clustering solution, while slony is similar to 
MySQL's built-in replication functionality.  pgpool adds a little more, 
and is probably more comparable to using MySQL proxy with it.

In any case, they're completely different from MySQL Cluster, where the 
data is fully distributed (and redundant) across the nodes.
