[OT] Headphones Recommendation for a Noisy Cubicle?

If it's that noisy, then perhaps the company should either move you to
a quiet cube, or at a minimum, buy the headphones for you. Industrial
noise can clobber your hearing, so this could be a health issue.

Or maybe you could work at home.
