I failed to mention in my last  posting that the filtering appears to be
some kind of an  IP blacklist. Once an IP is on that  list is it hard to
get off. Maybe  you could try changing the IP  address of mail.plug.org,
then sending some  primer messages to train their filter  and then cross
your fingers... :-)
