Very interesting! If I want to use your bandwidth on the AF network, I
guess all I need to do is set up a billing arrangement with you, then
set my gateway to use your AF network address.
However, it sounds like you're suggesting there's some legal matter that
prevents you from offering that service. Is that true? If so, I know a
council member personally and I could take it up with him. I can't see
any reason why a municipal network should enforce a monopoly on upstream
bandwidth.
