I keep my audio files in FLAC, and I convert them to OGG and MP3 using
Oggify, a great tool from our own Sco++. Oggify has both a command-line
interface and a graphical interface, and it's configurable. It is very
good at keeping the MP3/OGG directories synced with the original FLAC
directories.
