I  recently  read  that  in  those areas  where  offshore  drilling  for
oil  is allowed,  the  amount of  sea life  has  actually increased  and
improved. That doesn't mean that accidents  won't happen, but as long as
government  recognizes  those actually  harmed  by  such accidents,  and
allows retribution the system will correct itself.
