I'll plug Alfresco here....Which supports LDAP,  shared drives, wiki,  
blogs, collboration, etc.  Is extensible/integratable:  Use PHP,  
Python, Perl, Java, .Net/Mono, etc.  Office plugins for MS Office (and  
OpenOffice),  supports inbound email capture, etc.
