SAN drives not visible

Thanks for the thoughts, guys.  It looks like it was because the
drives were formatted with 520 bytes sectors.  With sg_format, I was
able to change the sector size, using:

sg_format --format --size=512 /dev/sda

and reload the qla2xxx module, and the drives showed up.
Unfortunately, it looks like it also may have broken the first 3
drives in the SAN, as they now have amber light above them, and don't
show up as devices in Linux at all.  But so far 5 have worked fine,
and I'm formatting the final 2 now.
