Wow, le.utah.gov is nearly useful... I've been searching through the site, but 
I can't find this particular bill.  I'm all ready to tell my representatives 
how I feel about this, but I'm not sure what bill to complain about.  Has 
anyone one else had better luck at finding the bill number?
