Ubuntu Evolution and DST

I'm not using time servers right now, just manual.  My system clock
has always been right.  All the threads I've found talk about errors
in evolutions time zone info (evolution keeps it's own timezone info,
at least used to).  I can't find any of that on my gutsy system.
