Booting Linux from USB

Sorry it took me a while to respond.  I got sidetracked on other
projects.  I ended up doing something similar to this, though I put
the entire image.squashfs in the initrd and modified its init script
to look there.  Worked like a charm, with the side benefit of also
creating a file that is ready for pxe booting now I think, though I've
never done that before.
