same here (except my twinview is on a box at my house). i run a
1280x1024 + 1680x1050, Nvidia drivers, with no problems at all. i use
beryl... everything works great (and looks hot too). it might have
something to do with the card (i've got a 6200A, so no turbocache, aka
no memory sharing).

the other night i wanted to watch a movie with some friends, and
nothing was set up since i just moved. so i plugged my desktop box
into the projector, used nvidia's config app to set up the s-video out
and monitor cloning, and everything just worked. without even
restarting x. fwiw.
