Daniel,

80% of Murray city is complete.  The house I was going to buy this month had
it, and most places I checked had it available as well.  Its a safe city and
has some really nice, quiet places along Vine St (both East and West)
That's where I am going to move at the end of the year as well...

I'd also say that those two things are not mutually exclusive at all,
depending on your definition of inexpensive! ;)
