I use Xmission (not on Utopia, but for this question it doesn't matter), and I don't
come anywhere CLOSE to my 100 GB cap. I play many online games, run a webserver from my
house, download bittorrents, etc.

If they use the same metering rules for Utopia, that 100GB cap is for weekdays from 6 AM
to Midnight. They do /NOT/ better from midnight to 6 AM, nor on the weekends, so the
100GB goes a lot further than you'd think.
