One thing to consider is using a company like Iodynamics (shameless plug). A
nice thing about outsourcing to a company is that your knowledge investment
isn't wasted like it is when someone who has learned your systems quits.

You may also want to consult the handy-dandy plug.org website. The "local
contractors" page features members of PLUG who are ready and willing to help.
