That's how I feel about Xmission. People think it's ridiculous that I use an ISP that
caps my monthly bandwidth. But I /know/ what the cap is, and I know how they measure it,
and what they do if I hit that cap.

Plus, with the nice high cap they have, I'd have to actively /try/ to hit the cap.
