Contracting work, does anyone pay?

I've been under the impression that www.rentacoder.com offers a well
thought out system for keeping both buyers and coders happy with
contracted out work. There is a 15% fee for the coder, but that does
include the escrow service. I've only used them as a buyer though, I
don't do contract work much myself.
