This is a very simple problem. Any of the 3 languages you mention would 
work just fine. So the problem domain says nothing about which language 
is most appropriate. The next question is what kind of computer is this 
script going to run on? Do you have to release it to others to use? What 
OS do your users use? If it's just you, then eeny-meeny-miny-moe might 
work well for choosing the language.
