MythTV DataDirect data out of sync

I found a problem with xmltv recently in which the XML request gets 
misunderstood by zap2it's parser and causes you to only get about 1 hour of 
listings when you download.  But most myth users are using the builtin 
datadirect interface, so it's only a problem for freevo users.
