Merrill, make sure to get the version of PDFCreator that does not
include the pseudo-spyware toolbar. (http://www.pdfforge.org/node/132)

zPDFCreator-0_9_3-AD_DeploymentPackage-WithoutToolbar.msi is here:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pdfcreator/zPDFCreator-0_9_3-AD_DeploymentPackage-WithoutToolbar.msi

Newer versions of PDFCreator include a PDF "queue" by clicking on the
'Waiting' button when printing.(http://www.pdfforge.org/node/78)  You
can use this to combine documents from several different applications
into a single PDF.
