That's the problem right there.  We don't need "a new intellectual 
property bridge".  The GPL and other FOSS licenses work just fine.  Once 
again, its Microsoft who can't and won't play with others, so they muddy 
the pool in an attempt to confuse everyone, and work that doubt towards 
their advantage.
