Looks like about 5% packet loss from our ELI fiber link (4 hops to fiber.net):

Ping statistics for 216.83.133.31:
    Packets: Sent = 201, Received = 189, Lost = 12 (5% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 27ms, Maximum = 54ms, Average = 37ms

If anybody outside of Fiber.net could just ping this IP (216.83.133.31)
which is fiber.net's main router and let me know if you have loss that
would be great.

 I dont use TCP, so I am getting killed.

(I have had the exact same experience with Nicholas the last 2 1/2
weeks) ELI even said they have had long running unresolved
tickets/complaints.
Sorry to bad mouth a local company, just though I was the only one with
that experience.
