I highly doubt it.  We experience packet loss with fiber.net regularly, and 
have done so over the last few years.  In my experience, they are unreliable.  
Worse, they try to cover it up rather than admit fault and just fix it.

We've even caught them making hardware changes to core routers in the middle 
of the business day.  How dumb is that?

Unfortunately, our office is stuck with them for now, but we've moved all of 
our co-located servers to viawest and haven't had any problems there.
