[OT] Need feedback from current iProvo MSTAR users

That seems to be a pattern (had problems in the beginning, but now things
are ok).

I heard from a reliable source that MSTAR got in trouble with UTOPIA
because in that network consumers are allowed to mix-and-match services
from different providers.

This source of mine had internet service from Xmission and wanted TV from
MSTAR, but MSTAR told him he'd have to get internet from them too. Forcing
that kind of bundling is against the terms of service of utopia. And I
wish iProvo was like that.

With the current iProvo situation, it seems like the city is shooting itself 
in the foot, by creating an oligopoly and those aren't much better than a
monopoly.
