Ultimate PVR?

Any idea what the difference between the WinTV 150 and WinTV 250 is?  I
have narrowed down my choice to this, but from what I can tell they are
identical, other then the 150 goes for $89 on newegg and the 250 goes
for $129 on new egg.  What is the $40 difference?
