I'll be moving to Logan soon, and I'm looking for a good broadband ISP there that will also give me a static IP address. So I know that I can get QWEST DSL, but are there any alternatives? I want at least 1.5 mbps down, and 867 mbps up. I don't think I'm going to get the same level of service I get in Spanish Fork with 6 down / 1.5 up.
