Linux System/Network Administrator Position

We are looking for an IT SysAdmin with Linux install/configuration
experience, troubleshooting skills, and networking experience.  The
SysAdmin will help maintain and enhance the infrastructure to
automatically install Linux and various applications and libraries on
new servers, maintain and monitor the network for problems, and perform
application upgrades to online servers.



Skill/Experience Requirements:

Job candidates should have experience with the following:

·       Linux server configuration
·       Apache web server configuration
·       Bash shell scripting
·       MySQL configuration and tuning
·       SMTP server administration on Linux
·       IPTables
·       Good knowledge of networking protocols



Skill/Experience Preferences:

These are skills that while not necessarily required, are highly preferred:

·       LDAP
·       Nagios
·       SNMP
.       PHP/Perl Scripting
.       Java (Tomcat, JBoss, etc)
.       Network analysis, including Snort, Ethereal, tcpdump
.       Network equipment configuration, such as managed switches,
routers, firewalls
.       MS SQL Server
