quick cash job

I am looking for a person here in the valley to do occasional work for me for cash.

For instance my immediate need is for someone to setup the raid configuration ant on my webserver ensuring that the FTP uploads to the correct hard drives. It is running freebsd 5.3.

I have learned the hard way that linux requires a lot more expertise than I have and would really appreciate some help.

I would pay cash per job. for instance this job shouldn't take that much time, and I am willing to pay $100 to get this done. (if it becomes time consuming, we can talk about more $$. But I don't even know if this would take multiple hours. 

If I am way out of line, please do not flame me. I am starting a small enterprise, and in the past have worked for grocery money myself.
