I think it is just one of the many requirements, but if I recall
correctly, it may be acquired posthumously or substituted with a GED,
high school diploma, or small amount fame[1].
The other requirements seem to all have to do with uninteresting
nonsense such as creativity and uniqueness of thought. Who would want to
go to all that trouble when we can just go to our institutions of higher
learning[2] and learn to be same is beyond me. In todays societies,
adequacy is not only sufficient, it is expected.
