No.

This might not be a good fit for you but it worked well for us.  You
could set up the old server to listen on localhost and install apache
listening on the external IP address with reverse poxing to the old
server.  You could then handle the new traffic by reverse proxy it to
the new server *or* do redirects with apache - the http server we all
know and love.
